We use a hands-on approach to help our clients integrate strategy, work acquisition, operations, technology, talent development and financial management. You will be working with a team of 3-5 consultants and responsible for coordinating all schedules, travel, training workshops, and project accounting with our clients. These activities will put you in contact with dozens of contractors each week allowing you to start conversations and identify leads for your team of consultants. This is not an easy position and the successful candidate will embody the right combination of brainpower, drive, personality and experience. Location: Working out of our main office in Lodi, CA, preferred. Telecommuting is absolutely an option for the right person and we have the technology to easily support remote work.
Compensation: $45-55K, dependent upon experience and performance.
